Super easy kinda fancy delicious piece of breakfast pancake! That’s it in a nutshell 🙂
Here’s the recipe:
2/3 cup milk
2 tbps sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking powder
Preheat oven to 425 degrees and place a cast iron or any oven save round pan into the oven.
While the oven is preheating, place all the ingredients in a blender except the flour and baking soda. ( you can also use a hand mixer or food processor) Blend for a minute then add in sifted the flour and baking powder. Blend for another minute until smooth and set aside for 15 mins.
Take out the preheated pan from the oven and coat with butter. (Make sure to get the sides) Pour the batter into the pan and bake for about 15-20 minutes. You will know it’s done with the top is golden brown and the sides have puffed up! Serve right awaywith your favorite toppings 🙂
