Japanese Milk Bread
This is seriously my favorite bread recipe EVER.  I’ve made it so many times I don’t even need the recipe!  It is SOO good.  This style of bread uses a tangzong method, of cooking flour and milk until it becomes a soft sticky paste.  You can then add this mixture to your normal bread making process to get that soft fluffy texture.

I recommend this bread recipe if you are making dinner rolls or want a super soft yummy bread.  I also use this as  a base for making cinnamon rolls, by just adding more sugar for a sweeter type bread.  See the recipe at Tasty Kitchen here.
